MARIA MULAS
March 17th - May 16th 2015
On Monday 16th at 18.00 at Gallerja, 24 Via della Lupa, in Rome there will be the opening of the photographic exhibition by Maria Mulas, with the critical contribution of Bruno Corà.
This is her first solo exhibition in Rome, altough her career dates back to the '60 with her first exhibition at Diaframma, in Milan in 1976.
Looking carefully through the large repertoire of photographs taken by Maria Mulas over the last 40 years, it is interesting to observe she started her artistic work photographing the actors of the Piccolo Teatro of Giorgio Strehler in Milan, and dedicated her best works to portraits, urban architecture and high society as well as many other subjects.
That is why the Rome exhibition will be a chance to watch live some among her best works.
